Drill - screw in - done
The screw anchor is an innovative fastening system for securing assembly parts to concrete and other solid masonry. With its cutting-teeth design, the screw anchor cuts a thread in the drill hole as it is screwed in, creating a connection with mechanical interlocking and no expansion pressure. Furthermore, it is the first screw anchor to have a flush-mounted female thread.
Application area:
The practical internal thread screw for various base materials offers a wide range of applications in interior finishing, e.g. securing suspended ceilings, cable ducts, pipes, brackets, cladding and much more. With ETA-23/0542, the TSM Multiground is approved for use in concrete. It is also suitable for use in masonry, autoclaved aerated concrete and wood. It can be installed easily using a tangential impact driver. This makes overhead work much easier.
Advantages:
- Shallow drill hole depths and small drill hole diameters
- Cutting teeth at the front of the anchor ensure minimal tightening torque
- No expansion effect, therefore minimal spacing and edge distance
- Quick and simple in-place installation, can be easily inserted by mechanical means
- Immediate load-bearing capacity - no waiting
- Fastening can be fully removed again
- No torque control required
