The non-woven cleaning fabric is made of very robust nylon fibres in which the silicon carbide is evenly distributed.
The SOFT version differs from the classic non-woven cleaning fabric due to a narrower non-woven structure with a finer grit, enabling better adaptation to the contours of the workpiece surface.
Application area:
For removing heavy corrosion and stubborn paint layers
Ideal for cleaning welding seams on stainless steels
Produces a smooth surface finish on flat workpieces
Field of Application:
Suitable for all metals, wood etc.

Advice:
Please note: Pay attention to the direction of rotation! Tools are only suitable for clockwise rotation!
General working instructions:
At high rotation speeds, a coarse grain acts like a finer grain and at low rotation speeds a fine grain acts like a coarser grain.
Use tools with a low contact pressure; high contact pressure and sharp edges lead to premature wearing.
If chip removal is insufficient, do not increase the contact pressure, but instead use a coarser grain.
