Grey foam (please note: black foam from an insulation thickness of 37 mm) based on synthetic rubber with a microfine cell structure that complies with all GEG 2020 requirements and is easy to work with in difficult installation conditions due to its high level of flexibility. Highly flexible insulation with closed, microfine cell structure for heating/plumbing installation. Requires very little space due to thin insulation layer.

Application area:

Lowest possible heat loss! The lowest thermal transfer coefficient in the entire sector! General planning approval from the Deutschen Institutes für Bautechnik (German Institute for Construction Technology), DIBT Berlin, registration number Z-23.24-1802

Field of Application:

in heating and plumbing installation

Advice:

Please note: Packing unit values are in metres

Advantages:

Fire rating B-s3 d0;
Thermal conductivity:
at 30°C <=0.035 W/m*K with an insulation layer up to 15 mm thick
at 30°C <=0.039 W/m*K with an insulation layer over 15 mm thick
at 40°C <= 0.036 W/m*K with an insulation layer up to 15 mm thick;
at 40°C <= 0.040 W/m*K with an insulation layer over 15 mm thick;

Max. temperature of the medium + 110°C, minimum as standard for plumbing and heating systems

Properties for rubber microfine s2 (flame retardant)
Fire rating C-s2d0
Thermal conductivity λ: Test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 8497 and DIN EN 12667
at +30°C ≤0.039 W/(m·K)
at +40°C ≤0.040 W/(m·K)
at +50°C ≤0.041 W/(m·K)
