Particularly suitable for drilling spring steel, cast steel, chilled cast iron, grey cast iron, bronze and light and non-ferrous base metals. Also suitable for the efficient machining of abrasive materials (AL-Si alloys), fibre-reinforced plastics and other thermoset materials that have an abrasive effect on the cutters and phases of the drill bit.
