arecal Weldspray Eco welding release agent is a silicone-free release agent for welding technology based on highly effective fatty oils.
Field of Application:
arecal Weldspray Eco is a waxy release agent for welding technology; silicone-free and non-flammable; Apply release agent to a clean workpiece surface and/or spray in the gun opening. If the workpieces are to be post-treated, (e.g. galvanised, hot-dip galvanised, painted etc.) perform a test in advance of this treatment and clean if necessary.
Advice:
When spraying, please also observe the following:
• Protect can from weld splatter: 20 to 30 cm spraying distance.
• For hollow parts and in tight spaces thoroughly ventilate after
spraying; only then begin the welding process.
• Only for use before welding and with
sufficient ventilation.
• Store spray cans outside the welding area. Use
during the welding process is prohibited for safety reasons.
Advantages:
Silicone-free
Prevents weld spatter from burning on and considerably increases torch service life.
The release agent does not run and is therefore also suitable for vertical surfaces.
