90° DIN 335 HSS TiAlN
The triple cutting edge conical and countersink deburring tool has a new machining geometry and TiAlN (titanium-aluminium-nitride) coating. This facilitates a significantly longer service life and faster countersinking. Particularly suitable for an automatic and fast feed rate.
Field of Application:
Universal application in steel, cast iron, stainless steel, non-ferrous base metals and light metals. Also suitable for very hard materials up to 1400 mm².
Advice:
Reduce the feed rate for materials that are difficult to machine, e.g. stainless steel.
Advantages:
- Faster countersinking thanks to larger relief grinding that facilitates much higher feed rates
- Longer service life due to thin cutting wedge that reduces abrasive wear
